Guild rules concerning loot, credits and general upkeep
|
|
1: Players that loot items solo or in a non guild group such as armor, weapons and misc equipable items that are not needed by the player that looted them or their companions are encouraged but not required to offer these openly to the guild, determination of who gets said loot will be based upon who would get the greatest benefit from it. Players may not request the transfer of an item if it is not appropriate for their level. If no one claims said loot when it is offered it will be deposited into the guild bank. In the event that guild bank is not available the items should be mailed to the guild bank toon
2: For crafted items made for a guild member; if subcomponents are supplied then the item will be crafted free of charge, if subcomponents are not provided or only partially provided then the recipient shall pay a portion (not to exceed %50) of the lowest commonly accepted market price for said item to the guild member that crafted it
3: guild tax rate will be %10 of the total amount of credits in ones possession, If no automatic guild tax is available then each guild member will be responsible for calculating their contribution and mailing said contribution to the guild bank toon on a weekly basis, exact timing for an individuals contribution is at the players discretion.
4: guild members that farm subcomponents shall sell to the guild bank %10 of all gathered materials , the remainder may be sold to any crafter or in the open market. Payout by guild bank sales and crafters shall be %80 of the lowest commonly accepted market price. If a player is gathering an item that:
(a) the guild has no present use for but is deemed of value for future purposes
(b) person(s) that said gatherer normally sells to is not online
(c)the gatherer does not have an assigned buyer
then the gatherer may sell all or a portion of their items to the guild bank(or guild bank toon) at the normal rate, this cost must be reimbursed by the intended buyer if applicable.
5: guild crafters may sell any item they wish on the open market provided that the item in question and all required subcomponents were gathered (or bought from guild gatherers)/crafted entirely by that player
6: Every player has equal claim to crafting materials and credits within the guild bank. Calculation of entitlement is x/y where 'x' is the total amount of items or credits in the bank and 'y' is the guilds population. Players who have maintained an active status in good standing within the guild for at least 30 days may request a withdrawal of credits or items in order to acquire needed items either on the open market or internally within the guild. All probationary (less than 30 days continuous activity from the date of signup) are limited to a single withdrawal during this period. Crafters may not use this privilege in order to obtain materials for items they intend to sell outside of the guild, however they are exempt from the once a week withdrawal rule provided they are past probationary date and using withdrawals for the purpose of guild crafting. In addition, routine access to guild materials by a single crafter must be done while the intended recipient of the craft is online OR by permission of the council
7: If an excess of materials or loot within the bank threatens efficient storage of new items then the council may vote to sell up to %50 of the lowest rarity/quality items either on the open market or to vendors. The council may also vote to use an excess of crafting material and have items crafted and disbursed as needed to free up storage space. The revenue from external sales will be deposited back to the bank, items handed out internally will be provided free of charge
8: In the event that the spending of bank credits is required for any reason that is in excess of rule 6 then there must be a majority consensus by the council
9: looted equipable items stored within the bank may be disbursed to any guild member according to availability. Rare or better items may be requested no more frequently than once a week per member except in the case that the item(s) in question are solely of use to that person.(ex: low level players or player is of a class type not commonly in the guild) Frequency of rare or better loot distribution in excess of once per week will be up to councils discretion.
10: In the event that a dispute arrises over any item within the guild bank/any item offered openly upon looting, then item disbursement preference will always be given to a player character first and companion character second. In the event that the dispute is still not settled after this consideration then a random roll will decide the outcome.
